A 2" ratchet buckle with a G70 5/16" x 12" chain tail with a forged 5/16" clevis grab hook built onto the fixed side: the grab hook locks into any link of your transport chain for a fast, adjustable anchor, and the ratchet pulls it all tight. Web up the other side with 2" strap to finish the tie-down.
