G70 Forged 3/8" Eye Slip Hook w/Safety Latch Attached w/.437 Welded Link & 2" 10K Break Strength Flat Delta
A 3/8" forged slip hook on a flat delta, built for towing and car hauler tie down. The slip hook takes a chain link or a ring and the safety latch keeps the connection captive so nothing falls out when the leg goes slack. The hook is attached with a .437" welded link, which doubles as the attachment point for chain, a strap end fitting, or cluster rigging. The 2" flat delta ring carries a 10,000 lbs break strength and gives a sewn strap or ratchet strap a direct loop on point. Working Load Limit is 3,333 lbs.
Grade 70 is a transport grade and is never rated for overhead lifting. Work inside the rated Working Load Limit and inspect the assembly before every use. Retire it if the hook, link, or delta is cracked, bent, gouged, or deformed.
